ACL Exhibitions provides exhibition stand installation, delivery and event logistics for exhibitions across the UK and internationally. We can manage equipment designed and supplied by ACL as well as stands, displays and event equipment supplied to us by clients or other manufacturers. Our service can cover the complete journey from warehouse receipt and preparation through to venue delivery, on-site installation, dismantling and return logistics. Where installation is not required, ACL can also provide delivery and distribution as a standalone service.

ACL can install exhibition stands and display equipment manufactured by our own team as well as equipment supplied by the client or another contractor. This gives businesses the option of using ACL’s installation and logistics capability even where the physical stand or display has been sourced elsewhere.

Equipment and event materials can be delivered into ACL’s warehouse network ahead of the exhibition, allowing items from different suppliers to be received and prepared before final distribution.
Where appropriate, stand components, graphics, merchandise and collateral can be consolidated into a single event shipment so that related materials reach the venue together rather than arriving independently from several suppliers.

After the event, ACL can dismantle reusable stand and display equipment and coordinate its onward movement. Equipment can be returned to the client, moved to another event or taken into storage ready for future use.
